Hey if anyone is looking to sell their 5dii post a reply or shoot me a pm. Ideally I'm looking for a 5dii with all the original accessories and the BG-E6 battery grip. Preferably looking for one with little use in like new condition. I'm interested in seeing what anyone has to offer so I'd love to see some pictures and asking prices.

I doubt it, maybe before the announcement of the 24p firmware update. But since then no one's gonna give it away for that price.
 
Yeah, I started having my doubts looking at ebay auctions for cameras with a fair amount of use going for over $2000. Yikes. I think you're right about the 24p firmware update though. It effects a pretty large portion of the community of 5dii users.
Thanks for the response J. I suppose I'll let this post die out and just try and save up the difference for a brand new body. If I'm lucky the price maybe have gone down a little by then!

Bryan, I know this is a 4 month old thread but did you ever buy a 5Dii yet because I just listed one on the marketplace for sale and it's like new mint mint mint for a great price. Let me know if you're still looking :)
