i have a mini-frezzi with the dimmer that i have never used.
i have a bunch of them and i got one more than i ever needed.
it has the 12v cig. adaptor on it but it could easily be rewired.
it also has the 3" +/- mount that goes in a standard camera shoe.

i have the softbox kit with the diffusion and color correction but i use that occasionally on my other mini-frezzi but i highly recommend the softbox kit

so i am NOT selling a softbox, just thought i would share that i have one and that it has held up well with a lot of use.
my mini-frezzi - 100 watt dimmer - 12v cigarette power is absolute brand new. it sat in a padded bag in a hard case but was never used other than to test it.
it goes for $319 new and i'll sell mine for $250 and that includes the 3" stud with the shoe mount which goes for $35! normally.
