WTB: Boommate

Looking to purchase a boommate for a c-stand with grip head so I can use my boompole in a studio setting.

I actually did this morning, I read the reviews but am considering it if you say it does the same thing. I would be using it on a c-stand or light stand with grip head so I think it should work just as good, you think its worth a shot?

yeah, worth a shot. if it REALLY doesn't work for you, you can send it back to B&H and they'll refund your $$ (even though you'd pay return shipping, but that'd be just a couple bucks since it's so small and light anyway).

Definitely worth a shot. I've seen lots of other people using this same one over the years.

Do you have a Cabella's in your area? If not- any other large sporting goods store that stocks fishing gear? Here's a link to the ones Cabella's sells ($24.99 for 2): http://tinyurl.com/ybqs6nm . The only difference is the threaded bottom, which can be covered if necessary (I don't worry about it on mine- it adds grip to the head).
