I just got a new dvx100a, refurb, so there was no book or dvd. So, if anyone has either one (I'd prefer atleast the book), and wants to sell it for a modest price, please reply or email me at shayne@neon-media.com

nope, I paid 70 for my other copy and this one is still sealed in the plastic..
I'm looking more for 40-50 but I'll consider "interesting" trades
