Just figured I'd put this out there, I need a bunch of Arri or Altman 150s. Let me know if anyone has any they need to get rid of.

Is it inclusive of any scrims or barndoors?

can that be made into a 110 by changing the bulbs? Or is the voltage built into the fixture?

I could lie and tell you that they can't be easily converted, but truthfully, its rather simple to accomplish. Just exchange the globe and fit the correct mains connector and your ready to go.

not to sound like an idiot, but I'm assuming that by saying exchange the globe you mean change the bulb to a 110 right?

Globe is another term (film term) for the lamp or "bulb".
