I am interested in purchasing a camera. I need the NTSC model.

Would prefer to buy from someone as close to Minnesota as possible so we could meet face-to-face and make the transaction so neither person can get taken for a ride.

I would be willing to not do a face-to-face but frankly if someone comes to me with one slightly higher in price and I can drive to meet them somewhere publically, I would much rather do that.
