WTB: 3x3 matte box w/rails

Not really looking to sell but if the right offer comes along. Below is what I have plus french flag, grad ND, circular polarizer, and I think pair of 8" rods and 14" rods (I'd need to double check the length). There's a small crack on one of the holes where the mattebox is attached but still works fine. Some paint wear. The tolerances on the 14" rods are a little tight, particularly on my cavision follow focus which I'd also let go if the price is right.
