[WTB] WTB 15mm rail mount shoulder pad

Selling off my current shoulder pad which has too large of a bracket for my rig, it's some weird Bogen thing I got off craigslist. Looking to buy a proper 15mm rail mount pad.

Also, anyone know where I can find a small cheesplate? I need to permanently attach this viewfinder to a cheesplate so I can mount it onto a Manfrotto 501PL. It doesn't have any 1/4" or 3/8" threads.
