Wrong colors when converting MTS to ProRes

When I convert my MTS files to ProRes files, I get different colors when looking at the resulted files.

I have a different problem. In final cut the clips is darker than premiere with mts and pro res files

I don´t have a Mac, but I rememberer, that you can switch the 709 off for prores in some menu. so you can use the whole range.
