Wow, cheap Zeiss 12mm!

That's an S-16 lens. However, if it actually covered the GH-1 Sensor with minimal vignetting, it would play like a 16mm in video mode.

Could be a gold mind of a find.
 
In the description it says "covers s-16" which I believe means it only covers 16mm format. This would vignette on the GH1 (if I'm not mistaken), even if you *could* get it mounted.

Probably the easiest thing to do would be to convert to PL mount:

And then use one of the many PL mount adapters for the GH1.

Haha. yeah. You would definitely needa PL mount. Not a bad time to start getting interested in Cinema glass, either.

Hot rod makes a very robust PL system, I'd check it out.

But there is a chance that specific 12mm could project JUST enough to cover what the GH1 shoots, with minimal vignetting. I'd take a little dark corner action to be able to own a 12mm that fast.
 
That lens is Arri Bayonet mount. I don't know if there's an Arri Bayonet -> m43 adapter out there, but as others have said, you could put it in an Arri B->PL adapter, and then use a PL->m43 adapter.

probably not worth it though. The lens is almost unquestionably going to exhibit severe vignetting on a Gh1. The Gh1 is a 35mm film-sized sensor, and that lens is made for 16mm film. The ad says it covers Super16, but even then, you're talking about a lens that covers a 12mm wide frame, and using it on a camera with a 19mm wide frame. Expect a whole big circle of black vignetting.
 
I have a 12.5mm cctv lens that almost covers gh1's sensor that I reckon will definitely cover gf1s'. It is however a myriad of problems. Its a 1" format.
 
Thanks guys and sorry I didn't realize it was a s16 lens! I get nothing I like wider than 25mm with s16 lenses.

Guess I'm still in the $10,000 range!

Which one?

If you post an uncropped image I've found that it's very easy to mathematically crop GH1 images to simulate vignetting and performance on the GF1.
