Would the FS100 cut in well with my EX3 footage?

Hi Guys is anyone cutting FS100 footage with Xdcam EX3 footage and if so how does it look?

I can almost guarantee they will cut together fine. On set yesterday we were talking about how much the fs100 reminds us of the ex1, with shallow dof of course.
