I think that we can assume there are cultural differences. Maybe where this is shot people don't act like they do on Jerry Springer....not that I watch that show

It sounds Russian or Slavic to me.

Definitely staged. They would have cut to a commercial or the guy would have gone to the restroom to take a break. And the second guy is the punchline.

I did some searching and found this copy that has subtitles for those who are interested.


Apparently this was part of a Belgian show called "In De Gloria It was a comedy show - so yeah, this is fake, but REALLY well done.
