Ocean really isn't that warm there.

Chile is supposed to be a beautiful country. Having left Brazil at the age of 11 I never got to travel through south america. It looks like a super relaxing place. Too bad flights to Chile are not dirt cheap like flying around europe (there are flights now that are cheapper than eating out...I'm not kidding).
