Hey i'm a sophomore in college. I really want to get into filmmaking but don't know where to start. Do you guys know of any (cheap) workshops that are good for independent filmmakers trying to learn?
There are probably other threads like this floating around but my friend told me he went to this class in NYC. It's apparently pretty popular. He said it wasn't too expensive and he learned a lot. They also have a lighting one if you're interested.
