Well I am still using Adobe Premiere 6.5, yer I know its old but it serves me well for what I do. I downloaded and bought a third party encoder TMPEGnc 4 XPress the results were very satisfactory. At the time I also down loaded a couple of new video codecs to evaluate them. One was the free Panasonic VFW DV codec and the Main Concept DV codec. I installed them both and separately but could not tell in the Premere 6.5 software or anywhere which one was operating. Can anyone tell me how to allocate the codec in my system or in Premiere 6.5 I am running XP home. Will appreciate your help, thanks
