Working on my AF100 Rebate. Seeking clarification

This is directed to those who have successfully completed the AF100 rebate process, Panasonic rep's, and those with previous panny rebate experience.

What exactly needs to be in the envelope? I'm assuming:

- Rebate Form
- Copy of Receipt w/ price circled
- The "flappy" two barcoded stickers below the three barcode UPC sticker on the small box that is inside the box that has the window cut in it.

I don't want to make a mistake and blow this awesome $3500 camera deal!

That's all I sent and I got it.. but be prepared for a wait... took almost exactly 90 days.

Of course make a copy of everything for yourself and send it in at least via certified mail. I got mine back in exactly thirty-one days.Sadly, my wife's spent it already.

Definitely going to document and send it certified. As for your wife spending it, you can't win em all.

Thanks gents!

How much of sticker?

How much of sticker?

The sticker on the box contains 2 copies of model and serial number. I'm assuming the "flappy" part (lower part) of the sticker should stay with the customer, maybe to stick inside the manual. Then the part which is actually stuck to the cardboard box is what needs to be cut out and sent in. Jan, is that right? (I sure wouldn't want to mess up my rebate.)

Hi Mike,

I am assuming that you have a copy of the rebate form and you are filling it out. At the bottom of that form, it says exactly what you need to include.

You list sounds comprehensive but please double check the list.

Best,

Jan

And be sure to get the serial number right! Lots of folks seem to think it's the V1QL26 number (or whatever) and it isn't. Your serial number should look something like "M1TDB0123".

Thank you Jan & Barry for helping with the clarification. I just wanted to be completely accurate.
This user community was one of the reasons why I felt so confident in making my purchase. Glad to be here!

wow, i thought i did things according to the instructions, but i didn't include the physical bar code from the box. I should probably resend it.
