Hello. Ok. I love shooting in the letterbox mode w/ the DVX. When I import this letterboxed footage into Final Cut, will I be importing as anamorphic 16x9 or 4x3? If It is 16x9 would I output the movie as a 16X9 movie and compress using 16X9 settings for web delivery ?
When you shoot in letterbox mode the output is 4x3. If you shoot in squeeze mode then the output is still 4x3 but you can import it as 16x9 (1.2 pixel ratio). I'm not a FC user so I can't give you more details from that side.
