My first post, I've searched and not found an answer. I have footage from a GH13 converted to 24p in Voltaic. I want to make it 30p (29.97p) with no interpolation. 25% faster, but each frame exactly the same as the 24p footage. A 10 second clip would come out 8 seconds long. I've tried JES Deinterlacer, but I always get some interpolated frames and still a 10 second clip. I use a Mac.
Am I missing something obvious with the software I have, or is there another tool that will do this for me? Thanks!
