This is a 2 part question and I am sorry in advance if this has already been answered but I cant find anything that helps me understand what the problem is and it doesn't help that I am still new to AE.
I have to blur MANNNY faces for a film in final cut. Right now I am using a trial version of a plugin (i believe) is called witness protection for AE, And when I export the video back to final cut the quality is incredibly poor. So, my questions- 1.) what settings should I use to maintain the quality of the original clip when I go to put the blurred face clip back into final cut. and 2.) Where can I find a FREE plugin that will help with bluring faces moving around quite a bit or is there something in after effects that can already achieve this?

Not commenting on AE -> FCP...But, why use a third party plugin? Just Blur and animate mask on everyone's face (Or track if that's feasible).
