As future-proof a cage solution as you can get. I used this with my 5D. If you want to use this with a smaller camera (like a GH4 or an A7s), you can simply purchase a smaller rod (or slide the top level down on the existing rod).
There are usual signs of wear (this is a used item) but nothing major. I upgraded from the standard handle to the quick-release NATO handle, so the top handle comes right off with the twist of a knob (and by pressing in one of the safety buttons on the NATO rail).
Please note that the 70mm NATO rail and standard 15mm rod are two generic (non-WC) parts. The generic versions work just fine, but WC versions of each can be purchased from their website if you want all WC parts.
