Wobbly mic issues

I just bought a Rode NTG-2 to mount on my AF100 and to boom. Not that I intend to shake the camera, but it feels wobbly. Is this normal? Any suggestions? Thanks!
 
Yes, mine is as well - I've changed it for an NTG-1 as a top mic, and the NTG-2 is used on a boom. They both wobble a bit thanks to the Panny's gel-like mount, but i've never had any problems with it.
 
Can anybody advise where to get the rubber tubes that come with some microphones that allow fitting to mic mounts?
