Hey everybody! Just finished a little fanfilm (everyone loves those right :engel017: ) set in the Witcher universe with a bit of a northern vibe as we are from Finland:

Shot with the Blackmagic Ursa 4,6k with some select shots from the Canon 5d mark III raw and the EOS R. Inside a mine 80m underground. Was fun!

Wow. You guys put a ton of work into that. PRobably looks almost or as good as the show itself (I haven't seen the Netflix show). Good job.

I have a friend who played the game so I'm vaguely familiar with the character. Very well done. I like the visuals and story. Nice touch with the candle when he comes back kills the head guy. The only minor technical issue I saw was when you first meet the head guy it feels like the gimbal briefly dipped too low the framing cutting off his eyes. Otherwise I'm impressed from start to finish.

Thanks! That was a b-camera shot as I felt the main shot was actually a bit too wide and wanted to go closer on the baddie. I had only one shot of those as I tend to take a bunch of b-cams from all over. No gimbal there, handheld with the eos r and probably a 24-70mm stabilized lens.

Really nice work. I have been super impressed with your action scenes for years. How many days did you shoot?

Thanks! I think shooting days were 2 in the mine + 1 extra halfday for setting up some lights. And the town scenes were 2 days. So 4 + 1 in total.
