Wireless lav for EX3

Check out the Sennheiser G2 lav mic (about $500 new, but you may be able to pick up one used on CL). I have used them for some time (with the DVX) and have never had a problem... Thinking back to the weddings I've been to (never shot one), the priest was definitely miked, and I believe the groom. I don't think the bride was (most would not want a mic clipped to their dresses). I would get the more omni directional mic that comes with the set, and between the priest and the groom you should be able to pick up the bride (hopefully they stay close to each other).

That's a good recommendation by scorsesefan. I would also add that you shouldn't skimp on a wireless system. There are some very cheap ones on the market now and they will cause you more problems (signal fade, hiss, etc...) then they are worth.
Letrosonic has been the wireless mic leader for many years, but they can be expensive. If you can afford it, they are what I would recommend.
Finally, realize that most wireless mics will not produce as crisp a sound as a wired lav. This is what you get when you spend big bucks on a Lectrosonic system, the high-end will sound just as crisp as a wired lav. So if you decide to go with a cheaper unit, make sure you test it out in comparison to a wired mic and see if there's any loss of quality.
