Winter Wonderland in Colorado

It was just too good to pass up. The snow was beautiful. Here is a quick edit to some stuff I shot here in CO. I'm going out right now to get more. This footage looks black and white, but I didn't do any color correction or anything. Just a quick cut. What do you guys think?

I liked it, and the music, and for some reason it looked ok on my screen as far as the light/dark...

what frame rate and shutter speed did you use?

Thank's for the input guys. I agree with it being a little dark, but perhaps for some sort of horror flick or something. It was shot at 24p; 1/48 shutter. I got more footage today, basically the same stuff so I won't bore you with it.

Yeah, shovel off the driveway, drive to mother-in-law's and shovel there, then home and shovel again, then walk the dogs in the snow, woops, time to shovel again.

Wash, rinse, repeat.

I grew up out south of Calhan/Simla area... snow = misery when I was a boy. Still trying to get used to the concept of playing in the snow...

Use you videoscopes and keep highlights under 100 IRE and blacks at least a 7.5 IRE

I color corrected the footage and now it has much more grain. I don't like it as much. Any ideas?
