I have used my camera, a Dvx, outdoors in the winter, Living in michigan filming all year means having to acclimate your camera once mid November hits if you wanna go outdoors and shoot. So how I was taught was to use large plastic zip lock bags and get it down to outdoor temp, and use the bag so that no consideration is formed in the camera from the temp change, and then the same proccess for bringing it in and warming it up. I imagine this the same for the adapter. But are there any other things I should watch out for. Also any good suggestions on how to rap this baby up for being out in the snow. I cant think Of a good way of covering my lens and FF. I could drape plastic over the top but i feel like the gears would grab the plastic. Any winter rig tips? First winter out with my full 35 setup.
