Splitscreen... I think the splitscreen is to long...

There's a "hiss" sound.....which can be removed with some EQ (high cut).

It can be an idea to play with left and right in sound also, but not to much.

The girl looks the oposit side, which gives a feeling of "No interesting in the guy". Was that ment to be like that ? Or just by accident ?

Few jump cuts also....

Little to much "ups and downs" in sound levels

I hear also some "handling of camera" sounds
 
Hi dre, the hissing and popping is intentional, as are the jump cuts which, I guess means you find them distracting.
