I've looked through other threads and coundn't find anthing on this.

In addition to a shotgun mic, I'd like to use a little of the onboard HVX stereo microphone - INT(L) & INT(R) - to help fill out some of the left/right and/or surrond audio channels in post.

Is there a windscreen solution for using the HVX built-in microphone outdoors?

Try this: go to a fabric store or Wal Mart and buy a small piece of black or gray fake fur (open weave back is best). Get someone who sews to make a small "sock" for the mic with elastic to hold it on. It will cut out a lot of wind noise for a couple of bucks. I made one for an Oktava, THE most sensitive to wind noise mic, and I would say it cuts out easily over half of the noise.

I have one for the onboard mic, and for the Rode NTG-2

www.micover.com I think has one for the onboard, if not you can always try and email them? I have two windscreens from them I have the off-board mic covered on my HVX. But I think this is your best bet because it's so cheap 15 bucks or so.
