I also thought I saw this somewhere, but can't find mention of it anywhere. I thought EOSHD had posted something from it, but they appear to just be customized versions of the built in options.
As far as recording 4:2:2, I'm surprised no one has mentioned that you can do this via the HDMI out to an external recorder:

I haven't tried it, as I don't have an Atomos Ninja at my disposal (apparently the script only works to extract the full 4:2:2 on specific recorders), but I've heard it works.
