Getting the GH2 this week. Since the cam doesn't include the ac adapter I was wondering if the GH2 cards with the higher bit rate can be read and uploaded to the computer thru the GH1. I use the GH1 with the adapter to transfer files to the computer because I'm so deadly afraid that if I run out of battery power any files will be corrupted. I have a card reader that continues to freeze up or give me the "not responding" message. I'm having problems with my new editing rig - sometimes when I plug in something in the USB ports it reads it for a few minutes only for it to stop reading or responding. And if I plug anything into the front USB ports it freezes the whole system. The only safe way I find to transfer is thru the camera(GH1).
