Will composer 3. read 5.0 files?

Hi,
If my edited edit on an external drive but has 5.0, can open the project in 3.5 and finish up editing it? Do we both need 5.0 or is 5.0 backwards compatible?

It should work fine. Unless you have footage that you imported via AMA, and are only accessing via AMA. MC5 can read many formats natively, but MC3.5 cannot.

Shane's right you should be set. The only other 'gotcha' will be if one system has a plugin that the other does not. If you stick with the standard effects you'll be fine.
