Wide Lens?

I'm shooting inside of an old farmhouse. The living-room is small where most of the scene takes place. The rest of the house is pretty small - kitchen and bedrooms. Any feedback on wide lens for this shoot? I'm going to shoot this on the 4k NX1. Thanks

I suppose the exact look you're going for might determine the best lens, but I would say if you want to keep it native mount, the 16-50s would give you good wide options and some closer options at the same time. If the mount doesn't matter you might consider the variety of 14mm on the market... But I would say you probably want at least a 16 if you can help it.

I have 2 lenses wider than that: The SLR Magic 12mm and the Sam/Rok 10mm.

The SLR Magic 12mm SAYS it's faster at F/1.8 or whatever but it gets SO DAMN soft and less saturated that wide open that it's not even the same lens. So I consider it an f/2.8

Now that Sam/Rok is NIIIICE. It's only a T-3.1 but all the way open looks very nearly as good as stopped down a bit. Plus is has VERY low barrel distortion for a lens this wide. Less than any I am even aware of without spending crazy money. So think of it as an F/2.8....which is FINE if you can set up some lights.

This lens is really amazing. Makes any room seem twice as big without going all fisheye.
I had the money to get nearly any lens in this focal range and I got this one. I can't wait to use it on my NX1...so far I've only used it on the Blackmagic Cameras.

Hey man - did you get the $1,000 dollar version of that Samsung lens? Or the more affordable one?
