Wide and telephoto lenses for DVX100B?

Hey, I am looking for suggestions as to what the best wide lens or telephoto lens add on would work best with a DVX100B? I am still relatively new to this camera and want a good wide add on. Any suggestions? Also, if I shoot in squeeze, would a wide or a telephoto add on affect the image or would there be any irregular cropping, etc.? Thx:beer::beer::beer:
 
Best (and only) telephoto lenses are from Schneider Optics. Don't even bother with one made by anyone else, in the six years the DVX has been on the market I haven't ever heard of any other tele adapter that actually WORKS with the DVX.

For wide, you can go with 16x9inc's .75x zoom-thru, or Schneider's .6x, or Panasonic's own .8x.

None of these lenses will affect the shape of your video (for squeeze etc).
 
question. i'm gonna buy my dvx100b soon and am also interested in the wide and tele lenses...but i'm kinda confused. Is there a difference between a wide/telephoto lens converter and a wide/telephoto adapter?? If so..what is it?
another thing...what UV filter would u guys recommend. just want a simple effective uv barrier and lens protection. wud a normal B+W glass uv filter ($90) do? i see quite a range of fliters from $18 up
