Excuse my ignorance if that's what's causing the issue...
I just got a GH4, and while looking into Nikon/Canon adapters remembered that I already have a Nikon to M 4/3 adapter. I also have a Nikon DX 18-105mm F/3.5-5.6 that I previously used on a Nikon D40 (which always did take great pictures).
This is the lens for reference: Nikon DX 18-105mm F/3.5-5.6
I put the adapter and lens on my GH4, switched it to "shoot with no lens" mode, and although I could see an image, it was INCREDIBLY dark. If I aimed it right at the light on the ceiling it could shoot that, but around that and nearly everything else in the room was nearly black.
Is this the way that lens should perform on the GH4? I know it's not the greatest indoor lens, but even with some loss of light going to m 3/4 I wasn't expecting that. Something I'm doing wrong?
