the reasons for not doing Speed Booster for Nikon cameras DX format?
It could be put on the F35! and get FF and one stop in luminosity!:grin:
or technically impossible?
 
Any time you talk about Nikon or EF mounts that's going to involve digging into the camera's throat, and I'm just not sure that's worth it for the gains.

I'm also a bit wary of Speedboosters myself - they can create issues.
 
You need a full frame lens to speedboost to a s35 size. Otherwise you'd have vignetting. It's optically impossible to speedboost unless you have an imaging circle that's bigger than your sensor.
 
A focal reducer for Nikon G to Sony FZ would be very nice and absolutely is possible.

However..... it appears the market for FZ is too small to support its development??? :-/ :-(
