Why I think the Canon C300 is a missed opportunity…

Ok, I'll correct you :-). The F3 will shoot 1080 60p to an external recorder (which can be 10 bit instead of 8 bit).
The FS100 will shoot 1080 60p overcranked AND will shoot 1080 60p WITH audio, which even the AF100 won't do. There are other
large sensor cameras that will do it as well (Epic) but well out of the AF100 price range.
