GH5 Why does GH5 V-log turn pink when FCPX lut applied?

Very confused. No matter in what conditions I shoot, my vlog L footage turns pinkish when added any sort of conversion lut for vlog to 709. Please look at the examples. Am I the only one experiencing this? Could this be FCPX and not my camera? I would say that even with the GH5 internal lut on the camera's monitor showing the conversion it already looks pinkish so I am guessing it is in camera...

Pink = magenta. You can shift toward green in camera (WB offset) or in post (WB control or curves etc.). Have you shot a white/gray card and checked the result in post with scopes?

The Varicam LUT that Panasonic originally suggested using on VLog-L footage didn’t work great, & neither is the default mLUT built into the camera.

Haven’t tried Panasonic’s “VLog-L to 709 for GH5” LUT but only because I already have LUT/mLUTs sets from 3rd Party vendors.

Don’t know what LUT FCPX is applying but you have the option to load others. Been wanting to test some of the newer Varicam LUTs but haven’t got around to it.
