I have insurance already to film or shoot but a vendor here in Las Vegas at The Venetian is asking for additional. Why? I just bought additional from another insurance company and now they are satisfied. I just don't understand why they would do that.
Bought Liability Insurance for Videographers. They needed a general with the limit of $2mil. The company hiring bought the exact same one to satisfy the vendor but they paid 3 times the price.
I'm just going to take a wild guess and say because it's such a heavily populated space that the 1 million in general liability could easily not be enough. Especially if they were to have multiple lawsuits on their hands.
