There are a large number of well-grounded, creative quality individuals on this site. That we focus on film, technical film and digital and sometimes the media without much distraction is a big factor in the site's longevity.

And some fun... I predict that my choice "all inclusive positive attitude" will pull ahead a bit... it is the most general... covering mods, members and color pallet!!! DVX Gray and blue FTW!

It's a very creative international place. And not just for cameras but everything behind and in between them.
The people attitudes, the freedom to express yourself (even if that means making an ass of oneself) and the design of the web site.
 
I persionally think that this is the most informative website on cinematography and film making. Ontop of that, theres not alot of snobs on here like cinematography.com. I check in here atleast twice a day.

no actually, it's only for the people here... and the way members of this community support each other.
 
For me it very well might because it allowed me to save tenths and tenths of thousands of dollars in a formal education. Which ended up going towards the gear... so I taught myself to understand what the hell the originals talked about. Then I was off... there is nothing I can't learn and try. Self taught ftw! You master things with trial and error.... mastering doesn't compare with a book teacher and one project every so often.
 
Pretty much everything about it, very positive and supportive atmosphere with lots of talented people sharing info. It's awesome all around.
 
I would have to say all of the above, but in choosing I said "The Members."

I just think it is such a great community of kind, positive people who know what they are doing and are always willing to help. It is my favorite place to hang out on the net and in fact has recently cut into my personal/social life so much that I am falling behind on things I should/want to do.

But for some reason, I just don't care...
