Who's coming to the second Toronto meeting?

Hi Peter,

with the new board software and stuff - can you re-post the time and place? I won't be able to attend, but Alena would like to go (you remember the Czech chick from last time...)
 
1st annual Toronto DVX User Group Festival.

Submit your 3 minute production, it costs nothing to enter!

Where: Panasonic Canada
5770 Ambler Drive, Mississauga
Near 401 and Dixie.

When: April 7th, 2005 6:30 pm. Show begins at 7:00 pm.

Complimentary food and drink will be served at this event.

Rules are as follows:

1) You have 3:00 min of screen time (the only exception is a music video, which can not be longer than 4:00 minutes)

2) This festival is for anything that was shot on our camera!!! Anything you submit can be current or past work you are proud of. It can be from a short film, music video, documentary, tv show, corporate video, wedding, it doesn't matter as long as it was shot with a DVX.

3) Try and submit a piece that was shot at 24p

4) No pornography allowed! Everything else is free game.

5) A judging panel will be selected by me.

6) All submissions should be on Panasonic Mini DV.

7) All submissions should be recieved no later than April 5th, 2005, we can't guarantee submissions received on the date of the event will be screened.

So tomorrow (March 10th) meeting is same place, at 7:00 pm? Please confirm.
 
Whoops. Just found out there's no meeting tomorrow.
Good thing I read today's thread. Hope everybody else did.
 
Did I make a mistake guys?

I posted that the meeting date had been changed in an earlier post.

I just finished my music video and will definately be submitting it.

So we shall have at least 1 thing to watch ... better chances for me if only i submit something..lol

I just received the first three video entries today and am looking forward to more.
