What I would like is a Canon Metabones Speed booster for the F3 but it doesn't sound like its in the offing.
I encourage all to write to Metabones and request it.

I'm looking for B4 2/3" MTF adapter to Canon EF, or with Canon EF to F3/F5/F55 mount adapter if anyone has one they want to sell.

Isn't Sony about to launch a FZ-to-B4 adaptor for the F-series?

So far they haven't said when, but supposedly its coming.
