GH2 Who is doing Corporate Film Work on GH2? Examples?

See the Vimeo page for more info: http://vimeo.com/34923749

I recently used my GH2 to shoot a (more complex) project for one of the world's largest semiconductor manufacturers, but like a lot of the work I do, that video is unfortunately not available for public view.

Although I really like shooting with the GH2, I'm in the market for something new/different, perhaps a Nikon D800 or BlackMagic Design Cinema Camera.

Cheers.

Rob, I do, but unfortunately, they are internal videos. The clients range from Lenovo, the world's 2nd largest PC company to one of the Top 10 hospitals in the USA. Like Peter, I'm also planning to move to a different camera. The one in my sights is the Sony FS100, primarily because of its low-light performance.

This is my problem as well, but I'm hoping to start posting some incredible stuff after next week from a personal project.

i just shot a day full of interviews here in houston at BP with a gh2 and the olympus 45 1.8. worked GREAT, looked GREAT. i did have to explain several times to the subjects that it was actually a video camera though... ; )

its all internal so sadly i dont have rights to share anything

I've shot "Behind the Mic" segments for Sports Illustrated a few times with mine. Also used it extensively on a few DexOne business profile videos... not really high-end corporate, but it is corporate.

I shot this with the original 44mpbs hack. Although I just noticed I didn't upload it in HD... I'll have to switch it out with an HD version at some point.

Nice work guys. I especially like the Ice Cream shop vid as it hits my button for content marketing. I am writing a proposal to hopefully take us out of traditional styles and more towards this. It seems like Coca Cola and others are paving the way.

I do corporate videos for Bacardi, but like most of the users here, my work is all for internal purposes only. I use the 20mm pancake lens a lot as most of the work entails close ups of interviews and sound bites. The shallow DoF look is always a hit.

I also get the "is that really a video camera?" question all the time.

On second thought, I do have this video. It's the second clip.

Here's a recent one I did too. But it was more fun than the usual dull ones as the client wanted a more soft, film look to it. Client was a French organisation and they were glad to see me using a French lens!
It was also my first time utilising the H4N and GH2 together with the SESCOM cable. XLR mics are so much better

hi folks,
I shoot corporate work exclusively, but with a GH1/GH13 (dont have a Gh2 yet). Like most of you, I can't show the actual video the client is using, so I put together this film from the footage i shot. My big objective was really to use all the shots that didn't make it to the client's video. Let me know what you think.

Ed, that looks great! The flow and energy is spot on. From your second picture, what is the device under your monitor, and the item to the right? What mic did you end up using for this piece too?

@Noah Blackwell
Thanks. I didn't edit it, but they did a good job.
This setup was very ad-hoc but underneath the monitor is a 12v battery (I didn't have a battery plate yet for the DP6) and a Tekkeon battery to power the GH2

Robert, as someone else already mentioned, training videos, but also internal communications videos, investor pitches and sales kickoff videos. With one of my bigger clients, there's just as much stuff that the public never sees as there is what's publicly viewable.

Question: What kind of video work does a company hire out for and keeps it internal?
