Who has snow?

Its been a bit overcast some mornings, but a few days have been those ultra clear ones we typically only get around the first of the year (when you can see every mountain range and the ocean from just about everywhere). The temps have been rather high, 80s and 90s many days.

No rain yet, but hey, this is a desert that only exists due to a lot of imported water.

On Wednesday, it was 80 degrees. We got 4-5 inches of snow on Friday. Minnesota keeps you on your toes.:)

Snow? I live in Florida... the only snow I see is on TV. All I can say about you poor souls who have to deal with nature's cold harshness is, hahahahaha!

Sorry :)

80 to snow in 2 days?

Thats nuts!
Sadly, it's not all that unusual. There's the old joke: If you don't like the weather, just wait 5 minutes... it'll change.

Well, we freaking mean it. No wonder I never get any shooting done.

I live in Los Angeles and therefore do not understand the question.

HAHAHA! Nice one! No snow here... it's been 70's to 80's the last couple days... not a cloud in sight.

How does one know how to dress for the day. I mean around here, the biggest question for the day is 'should I wear socks with the shorts today or not?'

What's funny is I almost NEVER wear shorts unless I am going to the beach or something... I'm weird like that...

I know, snow is horrible...

I really hate that place.

Psh, it's just about 32*F - and closer to 50'F in the sun which shines all day most days.

..And not a drop of water (it's all frozen :cheesy:)

And you can ski that whole valley down a little way into the trees, and both (larger) vallies on either sides. With over 1000 miles of sloopes and over 100 lifts, you can ski for a week and never do the same run twice.

That place is the closest to heaven I've been. (Both figurativly and literally)

Mikko, once I fall off the skis and into the snow, it becomes both wet and cold :) trust me... I've done it many times, hehe.
