White Screen

I was wondering what the best settings would be for shooting white screen. I am blowing out the background. Thanks

Thanks, I don't have trouble with the lighting I just wanted to know the best camera settings for good contrast to help the lighting.

When you are setting up your shot - use the Zebra.
Adjust your lighting so that nearly all of the white background is "Zebra"d out.
But take the time and adjust your lighting so that your subject looks good WHILE everything else is Zebra.
You reeeeeally want to get this looking good BEFORE you record.
White in post is relatively easy but if you blow it out in post you will often lose a lot of edge definition on your subjects.
Use your IRIS adjustment to help get a good balance.

Thanks! I still get a lot better skin tones with my 5D. Now I use AE so besides increasing the contrast what would be a good post work flow? Thank-you for the help!
