Hi everyone,
After reformatted my computer and reinstall Avid, I got white screen with quicktime export, using "same as source" option. I tried all the suggestions from the forums such as, search for the .qtx files, and follow this http://www.avid.com/onlineSupport/supportcontent.asp?productID=0&contentID=3555&typeID=2
Howere, the problem still remains. This is just DV25, not DVCPro HD. I have quicktime 7.1 on my system right now and the funny thing is, when I install quicktime 6.5, I can play all the quicktime files fine. However, when I start Avid, it says I don't have quicktime installed. Therefore I have no quicktime export options.
Another thing, all the quicktime files that has white screen when using quicktime 7.1 are in Apple DV format. I got this info by going to window --) show movie info.
