White lines

[billiamfilms]

This is a newby question, but i can't figure it out. In widescreen mode on the HVX, i have four white lines around the frame. I was wondering if there was a way to get rid of it, or if it is default in widescreen mode. It's more annoying to me than anything. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

I would keep those saftys on. I have noticed even on my plasma at home that somethings outside the saftys don't show on screen

Really? everything that shows on the eyepiece, should show on a monitor. Especially if its a anamorphic monitor
