White bars vibrate

I finally got my HVX200 in an yesterday got the chance to play with it a little. One thing I noticed that was a bit disconcerting was that, in 720pN mode the white horizontal lines on the top and bottom (I assume are there as TV safe lines) vibrate. The vertical lines on the left and right sections of the image don't seem to do this. Is something wrong?

Hey David,
Congratulations! I just checked mine, and the top and bottom lines jiggle a bit on mine too. I hadn't even noticed until you pointed it out --- good eye! I think it's probably just the vertical resolution of the LCD display. You should be okay (I hope?).

Wrong. It's defective. Do you also hear a clunk when the camera is off?
Thought so. You're definitely screwed.
