Same as in interlaced mode, actually. Just put a white card in the light where you'll be shooting (ideally have your subject hold the card up, or have someone hold it right in front of the subject). Zoom in until the white card fills the frame. Set your white bal switch to either A or B (not PRST), and then press and hold in the AWB button until the camera tells you it's performing the white balance.
