White Balance with S-Log

Before S-Log it was pretty easy to white balance the F3 to whatever the lighting, but now there is only 3200 and 5600. For this reason I switched Kino Flo's indoors from 2900 to 5500 which works nicely. I did notice that S-Log has some adjustment to color temperature with the current version but I have no idea how to utilize this function. Has anyone done any modifications of the white balance settings in S-Log? It seems rather limiting to only be able to use two color temperature settings. I could not find any instructions from Sony. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

Nope. Think of it like film days...it is what it is and you correct with filters. There goes another few grand! ;-)
