White balance with LED lighting

Need to get a white balance when using LED panels at a reception, then dial in that setting to other AF100s. So, when you do AWB with a white card, can you get the number from that camera, so you can set it manually on the other camera. I have a Minolta color meter but am told it is not accurate with LED lights.

Why not just select one of your preset colour temperatures, and use those. AWB on LEDs often produces something very unlike white anyway, depending on the lights themselves. If white looks pretty white on 3200, then just use that. Many LED panels seem to make rather a weird orange colour when AWB is tried.

I second that. I would use the camera pre-sets; probably day light (5600) with a LED. I would also make sure that I shot a white reference at the head of every set up, for every camera. That way in post you can look at the footage from each camera and see if there is color discrepancy between them by looking at the video scopes in your NLE. Matching any discrepancy then can be done by looking at the scopes.
