"In Preset mode, pressing the white balance button on the front of the camera will toggle between 3200K and 5600K settings."

I am not sure what "toggle" means. Does this mean that the camera will switch to either 3200 K and 5600K with no Kelvin in between? If so, shouldn't you be able to see the color balance change in your viewfinder with each push of the white balance button?

"In automatic-tracking white (ATW) mode, the camera continuously evaluated the scene and continuously adjusts the colors.."

Does this mean that your white balance will constantly be wavering every second? And if so would this not be distracting when viewing your final footage?

Pressing the front button, will "toggle" or "switch" between 3200k and 5600k. The on screen display will inform you what you are set on, and yes you can see the difference - but no adjustment in between the 2 settings. You can preset WB settings via the preset switch on the side.

Auto white balance will do just that...you are letting the camera decide what it thinks the WB should be. Great feature if you don't have the time to manual WB, but may not be accurate.

It means that when you have selected Prest. for white balance (not channel A or B), push the AWB Button to switch from 3200k to 5600k (or vice versa)
